As Principal Executive leading business development at PRC, you’ll take the lead in the continual building of relationships with the architectural, engineering and design community. It’s this AED community where projects on their boards are first introduced to PRC. Your essential role will be to acquire and develop new projects for the PRC project management and project supervision teams to perform. While working closely with other regional principals, you’ll shepherd those new projects through their preconstruction phase to groundbreaking at the start of their construction. And your team will have the lead among principals to plan, direct, and manage the strategic marketing outreach at PRC as well.

As Principal Executive leading PRC’s team of project managers, your essential role in the firm will be to direct and oversee the efforts of PRC’s regional team of fifteen project managers and their project management assistants, to guide this team through PRC’s well-thought-out preconstruction and construction management process. The PRC team of project managers will be experienced AED professionals, practiced on the design side prior to crossing over to the construction side with us. As principal executive leading PRC’s project management operations, while working closely with other regional principals, you will also have a share of responsibility among principals to direct and manage PRC’s team of retained consultants - including legal, risk management insurance, accounting, human relations, and information technology.

As Principal Executive leading PRC’s team of project superintendents, your essential role in the firm will be to direct and oversee the efforts of PRC’s regional team of project superintendents, to guide this project supervision team through PRC’s straightforward method of delivering its high residential construction projects - from groundbreaking through completion. As principal executive leading construction operations, with your team of superintendents, you’ll also be working with PRC’s family of experienced specialty subcontractors - establishing and maintaining these critical specialty subcontractor relationships.

The planned annual compensation package PRC has developed in its business financial model for these principal executive leadership roles, once PRC is performing at its capacity, is at the $800,000 mark, inclusive of benefits – profit sharing, health insurance, vehicle, vacation and more. In addition to these Principal Executive leadership positions described above, the PRC organizational structure includes four other key positions at the regional leadership level: four Principal Directors, which positions are also co-founding opportunities. The complete job descriptions for these four Principal Director level positions are currently being drafted and those job descriptions will be published as soon as prepared. The planned annual compensation package PRC has developed in its business financial model for these principal director roles, once PRC is performing at its capacity, is at the $577,000 mark, inclusive of benefits – profit sharing, health insurance, vehicle, vacation and more. And as principals, directors also have a shared equity position in the PRC corporation.

All those working under our direction are enabled to perform at the highest level of building and craftsmanship. With diverse backgrounds our leadership, project management, and project supervision teams brings complementary skills and strengths which lend to creative approaches when working with our clients and their design teams.
